• $599 Vacant condos (Bachelor unit) Walls only, 2 coats, up to 350 sq ft, additional  fees on extra room(s) and square footage

• Price includes paint (Sherwin Williams Super Paint - Flat white only)

•  Including 1 bathroom, kitchen, living, dining room, foyer, closets

• Including prepping and minor wall repair if required

• Fully insured - 2 million liability insurance

• Incentive Program for Repeat Clients

• Additional cost on such as wall paper removal, oil based paint on existing walls, different wall colour other than white, accent walls, removing light fixtures, curtains/blinds and other fixtures, caulking, ceiling heights over 8 ft, additional bathroom
